Message	I've NEVER seen a 12v car battery read 13v with it off... lol. Otherwise they'd call it a 13v battery... Usually I see low 12's On cars with no charging issues.. anything less that 11.6-8 is too low... not 12.6.. but with the car on it should read around 14.4v
